Business Model Canvas Training: Teaching the fundamentals and applications of the Business Model Canvas, with analysis based on exemplary cases.
Customized Existing Business Model Analysis and New Value Proposition Development: Analyzing participants' existing business models, identifying necessary competencies for digital transformation, and developing new value propositions.
Reporting: Preparing and presenting individual reports for each company, including current business model analysis, business model evaluation, digital transformation potentials, and new product/service concepts.

In the implementation of digital transformation projects, conducting a current situation analysis and assessing the digital maturity level are crucial for success. Developed by the ISO Digital Transformation Office, our simplified Digital Maturity Analysis consists of scalable criteria tailored to different sectors and company profiles. This programme is designed by KOSGEB İMES Müdürlüğü for companies that have already undergone digital transformation consultancy and have developed a roadmap for digital transformation evaluation analysis. The primary objective of this programme is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the latest technologies, digital business models, digital platforms and ecosystems and how they can be integrated into various fields of business. The programme also aims to offer practical examples of digital transformation and its application across different sectors. Its purpose is to assist companies in learning about Industry 4.0 solutions and to create a roadmap that will help them prepare themselves, their jobs, and their teams for digital transformation as a manager or employee. Additionally, participants learn about the governance mechanism for implementing digital projects. Companies that complete the training programme receive one-to-one guidance on national incentives that can benefit their businesses during the digital transformation phase.
