ICI Academy aims to increase the competitiveness of companies, contribute to their sustainable growth performance, and improve their corporate and managerial capacities by improving the personal competencies and technical capacities of employees through the sharing of the most up-to-date and qualified information. trainings contribute to our country's need for trained human resources, but also offers a visionary perspective to the participants.

ICI Academy develops and implements Training, Webinar, Training Programs, Micro MBA and E-Learning programs in different fields. Activities are managed with an integrated approach in unity of direction under the ICI Academy structure.

The developed education - online education - micro-MBA activities are carried out with the most accurate content by the most competent instructors and academicians in their field.

In 2023, we delivered 376 programs totalling 1616.5 hours of training, reaching 59,348 participants.
In the evaluation made among the participants, an average satisfaction rate of 90% was reached.
