Online Brokerage Event on 5-6 May for the 2025 Cluster 1 Health Calls

We are glad to announce that the Health NCP Network HNN 3.0 is organising an online Brokerage Event on 5-6 May for the 2025 Cluster 1 Health topics.

On the 5th in the morning, a selected number of participants will have the opportunity to pitch.

On the 5th in the afternoon and the 6th the whole day, participants will be able to schedule B2B meetings.

Registrations will open on 24 March and close on 30 April. The deadline for the pitches is 21 April.

Target audience

Any applicant eligible to Horizon Europe calls: companies, universities, research and technology organizations, public sector, NGOs, hospitals, patient associations, etc.

The event will be organized around 2 main sessions for you to maximize the impact of your attendance:

The brokerage event will be organized via the online features of the B2match system. This means you will be able to have your face-to-face meetings from wherever you are currently working. All you need to have is a laptop/computer with a stable internet connection, a microphone/headset (mandatory), and a web camera (not mandatory). From the organizational point of view:

• A guide on how to run online meetings is available in How it works section.
• You also need to update your time zone with your own time zone, otherwise, all meeting hours will be displayed in the event’s time zone

Please note that due to time constraints, the selection criteria will follow the next order of preference:

1. Project ideas linked to specific topics (coordinator looking for partners)

2. Expertise offer linked to specific topics (priority to widening countries* then first come, first served basis). *List of widening countries

3. General expertise offer

Presentation order during the event will be in accordance to the date of reception of the final version of the PowerPoint presentation and not the date of registration.
